Irregular Militia is one of the Factions in Squad. The Militia are the second generic rebel faction in Squad. They feature a wide variety of Eastern and Western weaponry and are featured on European-styled theatres.

History[edit | edit source]

Created by the people for the people, the militia was raised out of necessity to defend their lands and communities in support of larger operations conducted by their native governments military. Often, the militia is comprised of veterans of their country's military who pass down their training and experiences to the other citizen soldiers creating well trained units. Relatively well equipped, professional, and with a strong will to defend their country, the militia are a guerrilla unit that is a force to be reckoned with.

Flag[edit | edit source]

The flag of the Irregular Militia is green with a black scalene isosceles triangle in the bottom middle. The top point of the triangle has a red circle with a 5-pointed white star touching the circles' borders with the points. Two small yellow 5-pointed stars are seen surrounding the circle on its sides. Both stars are surrounded by two sickles, which probably promotes agrarianism or Communism.

In Game Equipment[edit | edit source]

The Irregular Militia use a combination of mostly Eastern, but some Western, weaponry. Unlike the Insurgents the Militia tend to use somewhat more modern weaponry when possible.
